This bright and sunny two double bedroomed cottage has the added benefit of a private stone walled south facing patio area.

Ground Floor
The large sitting room is flooded with light from the patio doors which leads onto the patio area (7.5m x 4m) equipped with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities and is a fabulous sun trap. The sitting room is comfortably furnished for relaxing in and fully equipped with TV, freeview, and arch through to a large dining area kitchen

The kitchen area is fully equipped with integrated appliances - fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and washer / dryer. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cottage so you can enjoy a cup of Yorkshire Tea or coffee.

First Floor
Bedroom 1 - Double bedded room with ensuite shower room with toilet and hand basin.
Bedroom 2 - Twin/ king bedded with ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and hand basin.

Drey Cottage sleeps up to 4 people but this cottage can be connected to Holt Cottage to make a 10 person family cottage if required.
Electricity, gas, bedding and all towels are included in the quoted price. Please note that all cottages a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board. Guests have the added benefit of a private stone walled south facing patio area which is South facing and equipped for your use with garden furniture.
