Form cottage is a light bright single storey cottage with exceptional views.

The cottage opens up on to the south facing gated patio area. Ideal if you bring  a pet along for your holiday. 

The sitting / dining room is flooded with light from the large open aspect window which has fabulous views over the patio and onto the countryside beyond. The sitting area is comfortably furnished for relaxing in and fully equipped with a smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances - fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and washer / dryer. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cottage so you can enjoy a cup of Yorkshire Tea or coffee.

Bedroom 1 - King sized bedroom, with views on to the patio. 

Bathroom - Modern suite with shower over a bath, large hand basin and toilet.

Electricity, gas, bedding and all towels are included in the quoted price. Please note that all cottages have a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board. Guests can enjoy the fenced off stone walled patio area which is South facing and boasts stunning views, equipped with garden furniture.
