This cosy cottage is single storey and has one King/twin bedroom.

The cottage opens up onto the bright South facing communal patio area. Good sized open plan living area incorporate sitting and dining area and opens up into the kitchen. The sitting area is comfortably furnished for relaxing in and fully equipped with TV, freeview.

The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances - large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and washer/dryer. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cottage so you can enjoy a cup of Yorkshire Tea or coffee.

Two steps lead down to a corridor off which you will find:

Bedroom 1 - King/Twin bedded room with ensuite bathroom which has a bath with shower over as well as a hand basin and toilet.

Electricity, gas, bedding and all towels are included in the quoted price. Please note that all cottages have a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board. All guests have access to the stone walled patio area which is South facing and equipped for your use with garden furniture.
