Spacious kitchen / dining area - The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances - fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a split level cooker. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cottage so you can enjoy a cup of Yorkshire Tea or coffee.

The dining area comfortably seats 6. There is a utility area which houses the washer/dryer.

Ground floor bedroom 1 - Twin/king bedded room with large ensuite shower room with toilet and hand basin.

First Floor
Bedroom 2 - Spacious, bright double bedded ensuite room which has a bath with shower over and a toilet and hand basin.

Bedroom 3 - Good sized twin/king  ensuite room with bath and shower over as well as toilet and hand basin.

Electricity, gas, bedding and all towels are included in the quoted price. Please note that all cottages have a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board. All guests have access to the stone walled patio area which is South facing and equipped for your use with garden furniture.
