Linen
The price of the cottage includes all linen and the beds are made up with luxury feather duvets, synthetic bedding is also available on request. All bedrooms have large thick fluffy bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.
Equipment
Each holiday cottage has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, kettle, toaster, and an ironing board and iron. They are well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Each cottage has free Wifi, a radio and a TV/DVD player in the sitting room. All bedrooms also have TVs. All cottages have central heating throughout heated by a biomass boiler making them cosy and comfortable to relax in. There are tea and coffee making facilities in all the cottages so you can enjoy a cup of Yorkshire Tea or coffee.
Children
Children of any age are welcome. Cots, cot linen and high chairs are available on request. We charge £25 per Z-bed.
Dogs & Pets
All Pets are made welcome. Our cottages are dog friendly. Cats and other small animals are also welcome. We have even had tortoise, parrots, ferrets and birds of prey staying with us!
Car parking
There is ample off-road car parking in the farm yard next to the cottages.

Newspapers and groceries
The local shops are 5 miles away in Helmsley. The nearest supermarket is Tescos at Thirsk, 9 miles away. Alternatively, you could visit www.tesco.com or www.groceries.asda.com or another supermarket and have your groceries delivered to the door.

Directions: The Health Centre is located past the Market Square, along the Scarborough Road. The turn off is just before the traffic lights, on the left hand side, and opposite the BATA garage. The turn off to the surgery car park is the second on your left. Alternatively, you could park in the market place and walk to the surgery.
