First Floor
Sitting room with open aspect to the farmyard and countryside beyond, is comfortably furnished for relaxing in and fully equipped with TV, freeview

Galleried Kitchen / Dining Area is fully equipped with integrated appliances - fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and washer/dryer. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cottage so you can enjoy a cup of Yorkshire Tea or coffee.

Second Floor
Bedroom 3 - Twin bedded room - ensuite with bath.

Holt Cottage sleeps up to 6 people but this cottage can be connected to Drey Cottage to make a 10 person family cottage if required.

Electricity, gas, bedding and all towels are included in the quoted price. Please note that all cottages have a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board. There is also a drying room. All guests have access to the stone walled patio area which is South facing and equipped for your use with garden furniture.
